Tuze is Director of Sustainability at Dr. Martens and a trustee of the Dr. Martens Foundation.
She has over 20 years’ experience in CSR/sustainability, with roles at Dr. Martens, Burberry and Gap Inc. spanning the Americas, Europe and Asia bringing global perspective on sustainability and innovation.
She studied Business Administration at Istanbul University and Italian School in Istanbul. Dr. Martens Foundation supports the BRIT School through grants and bursaries for young creatives.
Its mission is to invest in people, communities and organisations creating a more inclusive world.
